Our Payroll service includes; Completion of all standard payroll processing (adding new starters, adjusting payments and deductions, RTI data submissions, etc.), production of reports – these can either be uploaded to a secure FTP site or emailed in electronic format, automation of journals into your accounting systems.
P45s can be emailed to staff or sent to site for distribution, distribution of payslips – these will be emailed directly to employees and uploaded to the Kudos Connect service, transmission of BAC’s files, compliance with all payroll and pension legislation, including any declarations to the pension regulator or help (where possible) with auditing, secure off-site Cloud based data backup – this is to ensure the payroll can be run at all times even in the event of an emergency.

Simple Payroll Process
We collect your payroll as normal and complete the whole process for our clients. 3rd party or middleware provider process contains a lengthy, tricky process that requires you to run your payroll twice. We run your payroll and make the submission to your relevant pension provider.
All communications to your employees are done by us and we keep a full audit trail of all communications required. This is kept on our Kudos portal in which we keep a copy of all of your payslips, P60’s and auto-enrolment letters to your employees. Not only must you notify all eligible employees prior to your staging date, communications must be sent out as new employees or current employees become eligible. This is an ongoing process, automatic enrolment non-compliance fines can be up to £10,000 per day.
